Services Offered

Acupuncture Sessions

Personalized treatments to address your specific health needs and promote well-being. Acupuncture is increasingly recognised as being helpful in managing a variety of conditions.

National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) advocate the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment for chronic headaches and migraines.

Cupping, Moxa, Electroacupuncture

Cupping & Moxa are traditional treatment used to help alleviate pain and remove stagnation. The effects can be energising, or relaxing and can also help the body to heal itself. Many people find cupping or moxa helpful in relieving symptoms of neck and back pain, fatigue and constipation.

Electroacupuncture offers several scientifically supported benefits, including pain relief, inflammation reduction, improved circulation, muscle rehabilitation, tissue healing, and hormonal balance.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a system of healthcare that promotes the body’s own self-healing mechanism. It uses natural therapies such as nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture and homeopathy, in accordance with naturopathic principles:
1-The healing power of nature
2-Treat the cause, not the symptom
3-Treat the whole person
4-Prevention is preferable to cure
5- Education
